Concierge Car Service, Chicago’s premiere luxury car rental company, is currently seeking two or more service and sales professionals, preferably with luxury product or hospitality experience, to focus on (1) servicing a substantial amount of existing company business, (2) adding to the CCS client base, and (3) developing other strategic business efforts.

The candidate for this position must have a valid drivers’ license with an excellent driving history, a high-end customer service focus, and be willing to “roll up the sleeves” when necessary to get tasks accomplished.
Management is always open to suggestions to improve our business, and welcome any and all input from our professionals. Background check and random drug screening required as condition of employment.
Initial responsibilities include the following:
Customer Service & Operations
- Answer phone and internet inquiries
- Confirm insurance and other rental requirements
- Take ownership of (1) delivery of clean and fueled vehicles and (2) pick-up of those vehicles at times and locations defined by our customers
- Pay close attention to detail of company contracts and other administrative matters
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle use and maintenance
- Deliver and pick-up vehicles for routine and non-routine maintenance
- Prepare and list vehicles for sale
Sales and Marketing
- Manage database of past, current, and potential future customers
- Complete extensive follow-up and individual marketing with past, present, and future clients and channels (including monthly e-mail blasts)
- Develop new channels of business for the company, preferably with existing relationships
- Develop new channels of business for the company under the direction of management, which may include attending events and limited travel
- Maintain the company’s website under the direction of management
Compensation:
The company has substantial existing business relationships. We seek to compensate our sales and service professionals with 20% of the net rental of our vehicles. With the addition of any relationships, monthly compensation should start at $3,000 and quickly grow beyond with any level of sales success. Base salary, medical, 401(k), and other benefits will be considered after six months of continued, high quality work, sales success, and effort.
