Happy Easter: We're guessing you have brunch on the brain, and probably the Easter Bunny, too. Even if you're looking for something a bit less traditional, our list of Easter events (http://conciergepreferred.com/host_cities/1-chicago/events) won't leave you wanting. Whether you're planning for the whole family, or a more intimate affair, kids or no kids, you'll find it. So hop to it!

Park Grill for Easter: As an adult, you’d like a picturesque setting for your Easter brunch, not to mention fine cuisine. But the younger set probably has different priorities. Fortunately you can make everyone happy. Easter Brunch at Park Grill (http://www.parkgrillchicago.com/grill/menu-category.asp?MenuId=63) takes place on Sunday, April 12from 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Enjoy a special a la carte menu, special treat for the kids, and a visit from the Easter Bunny at 10:30 a.m. Plus, kids will love the $10 menu designed just for them.

Family Fun at Macy’s: In celebration of the Macy's Spring Flower Show, bring the family and come explore the Wonderful World of Worms on the 5th floor of Macy's Children's Department (http://www.visitmacyschicago.com). On Saturday, April 11, staffers from the University of Illinois Extension will provide a hands-on learning experience for children of all ages. Kids will learn the basics of worm composting, including learning about Red Wigglers, one of nature's best recyclers, the science behind composting, and viewing the worm's anatomy under a microscope. The fun continues with a special appearance from Smurf and Smurfette, who will be take photos with the kids. Plus, enjoy face painting, balloon artistry and craft stations creating colored paper mosaics and tissue flowers. The event runs from 1-3 p.m.

Cruise through Easter: Brunching by land? Maybe you should try it by sea this year. One option is to celebrate the holiday aboard the Spirit of Chicago’s Easter Bunny Brunch Cruise (http://www.spiritofchicago.com/ch/easter_cruise.jsp). The two-hour cruise features a buffet, DJ entertainment, dancing and a special appearance by the Easter bunny. Board at noon on Sunday, April 12, and cruise from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Another Easter cruise is offered by Odyssey (http://www.odysseycruises.com). Dining, live holiday entertainment, complimentary champagne, an Easter Bunny appearance, and dancing.

Bonny Times: Navy Pier has transformed its Family Pavilion into Storybook Square (http://navypier.com/MoreInfoEvent.jsp?Event_ID=4273), home to Bonny Bunny. Don't miss your chance to take a picture with Navy Pier's new furry friend. Kids can also sing songs, act out stories and play games, while Nursery Rhyme characters tell soaring tales. If you’re visiting on Saturday, April 11, stay for the fireworks at 8 p.m. Storybook Square is around through Wednesday, April 15.
