St. Louis' Drury Inn & Suites is ranked tops in the category of hotel guests' satisfaction rates, according to the 2008 J.D. Power and Associates Report. Other top finishers represented in the St. Louis market include the Embassy Suites Hotels, Hyatt and The Ritz-Carlton. Now in its 12th year, the study measures overall hotel guest satisfaction across six hotel segments and examines seven key measures.
